| About me: | A traditional single man who is genuinely interested n meeting the right girl. Experienced in life and career and quite disenchanted with most internet dating sites, (it seems the wrong type always contact me) other dating websites I have used. I would like to raise a family as I am ready to settle down but not settle. I attend the Latin Mass in DC and Baltimore. I was raised in the Novus ordo until about age 13 then l went to the Latin Mass and went to high school at St. Mary's and so have a solid and classic education. I enjoy work, but am also looking for augmenting with a side business...I currently work on boats and have my Captain's license am learning how to weld and furthering my knowledge of construction. I would like to build my own house or at least play a part in its building. I enjoy the water, boats, mountain hikes, camping and travelling. I love woodworking. I hope not to be judged by my age and the fact that I am un married. I could have been on two separate occasions and it would have been a mistake in both. I decided to wait and try to find the right one. Work and deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan have somewhat been in the way of that, but also my desire to find the right one, not perfect but perfect for me (I read that somewhere.) |
| Looking for: | I had to think a lot about this one and a friend put it to me this way. He said, it would take a special woman to become involved with you. He meant because I am so busy and do not make time for other things. Well, what he did not know is, for the right person I am ready not to be so busy, but instead concentrate on her, letting her know me and I her. So I hope she would be good to people, gets on well with her family, loves the outdoors, does not need a lot of planning for every outing, would love to travel to normal places (Paris, London etc) but also maybe some off the beat places, New Zealand, Australia Bermuda, Abacos, and would love to exprience the fun of walking and hiking into places that maybe the typical traveler would not go. If married I would hope that she would have a desire to raise the best children with me and would have a sense of purpose and perhaps we would have a side business together and work alongside. I very much believe though we each need space where we both can do our own thing as long as it does not hurt the other or neglect the other. Oh and if she loved horseback riding and especially dancing, well that would be great. A bit much to ask for? |
